Job Summary:
The HR Executive – Recruitment & Training is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and supporting onboarding and employee development initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and integrates the right talent, with a strong focus on positions in Sales, Manufacturing, and technical functions. The role also involves coordinating onboarding activities and implementing training programs to upskill employees and support business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job briefing to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and close positions with quality and speed
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for business-critical roles
- Design and implement onboarding & training programs for new hires and existing employees
- Enhance candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives
- Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire...)
- Implement and coordinate employee training programs across departments
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or building materials industry
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using multiple channels
- Proven track record of hiring across functions: Sales, Manufacturing, Technical
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
- English proficiency is a strong advantage
