Responsibilities
1.Sales and Logistics Administration
To ensure the effective and smooth operation of sales administration and logistical data updates on a daily basis
Ensure the effective and smooth operation of sales administration, including the ordering process, resolving order queries, and managing delivery status queries
Provide sales teams with information on order status, stock situation, back-order filling, and late payments
Handle daily tasks such as preparing mill certificates for projects, printing and sending sales orders for customer signatures, and collecting and classifying delivery orders from warehouses for the finance department
Update all information related to dispatching results, imported ship schedules, and truck/container details, and work closely with logistics to ensure on-time, correct deliveries
2.Customer Service & Policy Support
To support the development and communication of customer service standards and policies to the team and customers on a daily basis
Ensure that customer service activities are well-rated by customers and monitored by the management team, linked to individual KPIs set by the customer service supervisor
3.General Operations & Coordination
To provide proactive coordination and support for various departments, including safety, sales, warehouse, and finance
Closely and proactively coordinate with the safety team in monitoring, reminding, and recording all unsafety working cases and proposing daily action plans
Provide support to the line manager in solving delivery-related problems and other assigned duties
Other tasks assigned by manager
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
Good interpersonal, communication and problems solving skills
Able to communicate in English
Experience with SAP
Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs
