Responsibilities

- Support the Controlling function with delegated responsibilities, including revenue analysis, variable cost and overhead controlling, and other assigned activities.
- Provide analytical support to senior plant staff at Hiep Phuoc plant to help optimize plant operational and financial performance.
- Monitor plant operational and investment activity, identifying and reporting on issues relevant for the Controlling function.
- Assist monthly stock takes and seek insight of plant staff to validate stock take differences.
- Coordinate the gathering of assumptions for BOM usages, scrap rates, line speeds, and other key metrics for periodic forecasts. Assist in budget/ forecast preparation.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

- At least one year-experience in Finance, Accounting field.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Endowed with a good spirit of analysis and synthesis
- Good command in English and must be proficient in Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP system is preferable.
- Experienced/ trained in BI tools.
