Responsibilities
- Assist in responding to notices from tax authorities and preparing documentation for audits.- Tax return preparation: Tax/accounting interns gather, copy/scan and input all the information in VAT invoices using tax department's required template to prepare accurate and compliant tax filings.
- Providing VAS accounting books (system's JDE limitation): translation of the book, mapping the VAS accounts, re-do the accounting books based on the local regulations.
- Compile and organize financial documents and receipts required for tax audit.
- Reconcile tax-related accounts, proposing adjustments to ensure accurate tax reporting.

Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), good at computer typing skills.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Hardworking, able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
